How Did This Start?
Before 2015, students from the University of Alabama didn’t look to enter the field of consulting out of their undergraduate studies. Then, interested students started their own interest group, the Management Consulting Academy.
The Academy sought to introduce highly-motivated, high-achieving Alabama students to the field of consulting and prepare them for the industry through case studies, networking, and other practices. Since its inception, the group has sent dozens of alumni to some of the largest consulting firms in the United States - and it doesn’t plan on slowing down.
